💌 Easy 14-Day Returns for Peace of Mind

At Bidalli, we care about your experience just as much as we care about your skin.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unopened, unused, and with original tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at hello@bidallius.com with a photo of the issue.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Please note that these items are not eligible for refund or exchange.


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different product? The quickest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, simply place a new order.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
