📦 Standard Shipping in the U.S.

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).
  • For orders under $50, standard shipping rates will be calculated and shown during checkout.

📍 Changing Shipping Address

  • Need to update your shipping address?
    Please contact us immediately at hello@bidallius.com and include your order number for faster support.
  • Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to modify your address or order details.
  • Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout — Bidalli is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address input.

⏳ Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).
  • Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with:

    • Tracking number
    • Carrier details
    • A direct link to track your order online

  • To track your package, click the tracking number in your email or log in to your Bidalli account.

📬 What if My Tracking Says "Delivered" But I Didn't Receive It?

  • Carriers may mark a package as “delivered” before it’s physically placed at your location.
  • In most cases, the package arrives within 24 hours of the status update.
  • If it’s been longer than 24 hours, we recommend contacting your local mail carrier for assistance.
